Mississippi River Boat Ride

Thanks to Roseanne, a terrible day was ended great - on a boat ride!  

We left the boat houses with Tim and Susie who were great hosts.  

The eagles put on a pretty good show.

Morning on the bluff

It's been a few weeks since we had a morning on the bluff.  Finally this morning it was a breezy 70 degrees and we ventured out for a climb.  Lily was quick to find the mud.

The butterflies were everywhere - although it's not easy to take pictures with a panting dog pulling on a leash and sweat stinging your eyes.

Love being out early enough to see the drops of dew on the grass.
