It was a perfect morning on Barn Bluffoverlooking the Mississippi!
Two weeks ago today I was in the hospital having surgery,
today I climbed the bluff!
It's fascinating how quickly our
bodies can heal after major surgery.
I saw about 10 eagles - notice there is one in this picture. It's about 2 1/4 miles all the way around the top from the
South trail to the North. The South side is a little easier
with a wider path. The North side is a bit more fun though.
