I like Chicago or Chi-town or the Windy City or Dat Killa Chi (that one comes from Chicago gangs, or so I've read).

I'd kinda like to try living like this...

I think the little rounded balconies are kinda cool, it's in a great location (just a block off Michigan Ave) and well...it does have a great view. (Lily could learn to pee on a mat or something)
